    • Where are our vehicles supposed to be?

      Pursuant to the CC&R's "All Owners shall park their vehicles either on their driveway or within their respective carports or garages only.  The streets within or adjacent to any of the lots shall be for temporary parking of guests and invitees of the Owners only.  No Owner, tenant, guest, invitee or other person shall repair any vehicle or trailer on any street, road or pathway within or adjacent to any of the Properties.

    • Where are our garbage cans supposed to be between pick-up days?

      *Out of site!
    • What is supposed to be lit every day from dusk to dawn?

      *Our post light!
    • Where is our camper/trailer/RV supposed to be?

      *Parked in our RV port/garage or Off-Site!
    • What containers do we need to take with us when we walk our dog?

      *Plastic bags for picking up after the pooch!
    • Please keep your yards free of weeds.

      Homeowners are responsible for the upkeep and prompt removal of this vegetation so please kill or pull your yard weeds before they dry out and spread weed seed all over your neighbor’s yards. You will find several companies in this area who will be happy to help you remove those weeds!
